RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item we will offer an exchange or refund if an item is returned, unworn, with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
We regret that we cannot refund the return postage costs & recommend that you use a signed for delivery service.
Our returns policy does not extend to earrings, unfortunately they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

A replacement / refund will be offered if an item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement if the item has been mistreated or has been accidentally damaged.
Pearls are precious gems & we recommend that your pearls should be the last thing that you put on when dressing and the first thing you take off when you get home.
Perfume, body lotions, cosmetics & hair products can damage your pearls so ensure that these products are applied & allowed to dry before you put your jewellery on.
Wipe your pearls from time to time with a damp soft cloth and store them in a soft bag away from direct sunlight and heaters.
